In the first One Day International of three match series against Pakistan in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe won the match using the Duckworth Lewis Stern (DLS) method by eighty runs.

Earlier, batting first Zimbabwe scored 205 and were all out in 40.2 overs.

Chasing the victory target, Pakistan could score sixty runs for the loss of six wickets in 21 overs when the rain stopped the match.
