Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, has invited Japanese companies for provision of training to local human resources aligned with the demands of the global market.
During a meeting with Japanese Ambassador H.E. Akamatsu Shuichi in Islamabad, he said Pakistan and Japan have been economic partners for a long time.
The Minister said that Pakistan wants Japanese expertise to train its human resources.
The Minister emphasized the need for cooperation in technical assistance and proposed starting a joint technical college in Pakistan to equip the young generation with skills tailored to the Japanese market.
