The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has unequivocally declared that the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir will never bow before India’s oppressive regime and will persist in their just struggle for freedom until the territory is liberated from illegal occupation.

This was stated by APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement issued from Srinagar.

He said that India’s relentless campaign of oppression and injustice in the occupied territory cannot extinguish the indomitable spirit of the Kashmiri people.

He expressed confidence that their unwavering struggle will culminate in the dawn of freedom and peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

He condemned the Indian colonial regime’s use of brutal tactics and draconian laws to suppress the Kashmiris’ freedom movement.

The APHC called upon the international community to exert meaningful pressure on India to end its state-sponsored terrorism in the occupied territory.
