Minister for Power Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari says the government is working day and night to further improve the electricity distribution system and reduce electricity prices.

Commenting on the relief of 7.41 rupees per unit for domestic consumers and 7.59 rupees per unit for industries, he said that reduction in power tariffs is an important step towards fulfilling government's promise to the public.

The Minister said expressed the confidence that the reduction in electricity prices will stimulate industrialization in the country.
